Shashi then launched an advanced cosmeceutical range, called “Pharmaclinix”, in 2006, which was specifically formulated to help treat the problems associated with Asian and darker skin types.
As an innovative leader in the industry, she collaborated with award-winning chemists and dermatologists to address problems such as sun damage, premature ageing, hyper-pigmentation and dark circles under the eyes in skin types 3-5.
With unparalleled success and proven results, the brand is backed by several premier dermatologists globally and is used by several members of the Middle East Royal families and Bollywood stars in addition, to being sold in major pharmacies across 30 countries including the Pharmacy at Harrods, London, UK.
Shashi continues to serve as, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Pharmaclinix® brand.
Shashi is a Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain; the governing body of leadership and support for the Pharmacy profession within England, Scotland and Wales.
She is also a Member of The Society of Cosmetic Scientists; a non-profit organisation with an objective to advance the science of cosmetics.

Shashi has used her extensive cosmetology education to write several health and beauty centred books. In October 2005, Shashi published her best-selling self-help book, The Ultimate Anti-Ageing Handbook , followed by several eBooks on Hyperpigmentation & Acne.

Shashi has launched several top fashion models within the industry. With a passion for event planning and inspiring those through fashion, she has organized notable events including, ‘Find the Next Top Model’ in partnership with her PharmaClinix® brand. These events were aired on B4U Television throughout Europe and regularly featured in Asiana Magazine alongside other distinguished media outlets.

Shashi is known for her avid and inspiring influence within the fashion industry.
She has often been high-lighted as one of the five most fashionably dressed Asian women in UK, as voted and featured in “ Asian Power Couples” , in 2018.
Shashi has used this focus to combine her ‘passion for fashion’ with ‘saving our planet’.
Focusing on sustainability, she founded and later sold, Top Indian Designers Ltd., the world’s first and only exclusive ecommerce fashion retailer for buying, selling and hiring Indian designer fashion garments. The online retailer provided a unique and innovative experience for consumers to sustainably sell their well-maintained pieces while providing other shoppers the opportunity to find next to new designer garments at the fraction of the price while reducing waste and resources.

YouTuber & Influencer
Shashi is the founder and presenter of her YouTube channel, Simple Hinduism and website, www.SimpleHiduism.com, through which she is found sharing her positive practice and fulfil her mission to build a modern Hindu society, with knowledge of our traditions that are relevant today. Regular posts and videos are created with exciting and fascinating content simplifying and highlighting Hindu religion, culture, fasts and festivals.
She is quoted as saying, “This mission is dedicated to my parents, Basheshar Nath & Krishna Bhanot, who were my first teachers & instilled the Hindu principles in me.”
Shashi is active in the Hindu community and works with several registered charities and religious groups to build a peaceful practice within the United Kingdom while, positively impacting the lives of those around her, whether it be through her innovative and impactful content creation or educational fundraising events.
As an active member of her community, Shashi has collaborated with those around her to create a non-profit neighbourhood watch and frequently leads a committee hosting social events for locals to create a better sense of community while working to discuss local issues and address safety concerns.
